Strengthening Local Cooperation for Women and Children Protection

, and the staff team hosted the delegation from the Office of International People's Right Protection,
leaders Mr. Chaowalit Wongsanoraset, Inspector General of the Office of Attorney General, Mr. Chaiyaporn Krikkulthorn, Director General of Human Right Protection and Legal Aid, Mr. Somjai Tosukonwan, Director General of Public Prosecution Region.

วงศานรเศรษฐ์ ผู้ตรวจการอัยการ เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการคลินิกอัยการอาสาเคลื่อนที่คุ้มครองสิทธิประชาชนระหว่างประเทศ นายชัยพร เกริกกุลธร อธิบดีอัยการ สำนักงานคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายแก่ประชาชน นายสมใจ โตศุกลวรรณ์ อธิบดีอัยการภาค ๒ และ คณะอัยการฯ ตามโครงการฯประจำปีงบประมาณ 2565
The knowledge and understanding of Family Law, Children Protection, Human Rights and instructions for cases arising abroad - all these information is essential for women empowerment, especially when speaking about the victims' rehabilitation since the ability to ensure they have confidence and willingness to return back to society, raise, educate and feed their children is vital towards reaching the Global Goals.
โครงการคลินิกอัยการอาสาฯ ครั้งนี้ สำนักงานอัยการพิเศษฝ่ายคุ้มครองสิทธิประชาชนระหว่างประเทศ สำนักงานอัยการพิเศษฝ่ายคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายภาค 2 สำนักงานอัยการจังหวัดพัทยา สำนักงานอัยการคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายและการบังคับคดีจังหวัดชลบุรี(สาขาพัทยา) ได้บูรณาการการดำเนินงานด้านการคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายกับหน่วยงานในสังกัดสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดและหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ในการให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำทางกฎหมายเป็นการเฉพาะรายในลักษณะคลินิกกฎหมาย

When analyzing best strategies for rehabilitation and reintegration of vulnerable women back into society, it is important to acknowledge the role of the prosecution in ensuring a safe environment for women and children, victims of violence. 
During the afternoon session, representatives of Chonburi Immigration gave a lecture on Registration and residency in the Kingdom of Thailand. Department of Women's Affairs and Family Institute gave a lecture on Legal knowledge related to Thai people abroad foreigners in Thailand.

The initiative was warmly welcomed by the vulnerable women attending our center.
The knowledge women gained during the morning and afternoon sessions helped them to have an understanding of the legal rights required to be able to protect themselves and their children in risk situations.
We'll continue to work in cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of crime prevention mechanisms, women and children protection, and establish MOU together with the International Peoples' Rights Protection.
